W-F168-B Dialyzer Reprocessing Machine Clinical Application

Observe the clinical application effect of the W-F168-B dialyzer reuse machine produced by Chengdu Weisheng Biological Materials Company, understand its impact on the total cell volume (TCV) of the dialyzer and the dialysis adequacy of subjects, and evaluate its disinfection effect. Subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The dialyzers in the experimental group and the control group were reused with W-F168-B and RENATRON II (produced by Mintech in the United States), respectively. Test the TCV of the dialyzer before and after reuse, calculate the urea clearance rate of the subjects divided by the distribution volume (Kt/V, where K is the urea clearance rate, t is the dialysis time, and V is the distribution volume), and collect blood samples from the subjects after dialysis for microbial cultivation. The results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation, using a t-test with a group design, and analyzed using the SPSS 13.0 statistical software package. The difference in TCV between the experimental group and the control group before and after reuse was 5.5 ± 4.15, 4.5 ± 2.56, and P0.05, respectively; The Kt/V values were 1.25 ± 0.26, 1.24 ± 0.19, and P0.05, respectively, and the t-test results showed no statistical difference. No bacterial or fungal growth was observed in blood culture. The experimental results show that there is no significant difference in the impact of the two types of dialyzer reuse machines on dialyzer performance and the impact of the reused dialyzer on the dialysis adequacy of the subjects, which can achieve good dialysis quality.
