Wesley’s Busy and Harvest Season– Hosting Customers’ Visits and Training
From August to October, Chengdu Wesley successively has had the pleasure of hosting several groups of customers from Southeast Asia and Africa, fostering collaboration and enhancing our global outreach in the hemodialysis market.
In August, we welcomed a distributor from Malaysia, who visited our factory to discuss the finer details of our partnership and explore market expansion strategies in Malaysia. The discussions centered around the unique challenges and opportunities within the local field of the hemodialysis landscape. Our team presented solutions tailored to meet the needs of Malaysian end users, emphasizing our commitment to supporting our customers through advanced technology and after-sales service.
At the end of the month, we were honored to host a distinguished professor who is an expert in renal treatment from a Malaysian hemodialysis center, accompanied by another distributor from Malaysia. The professor expressed high praise for our hemodialysis machines, particularly highlighting the accuracy of our blood pressure monitor(BPM) capabilities and the precision of our ultrafiltration(UF) function. This visit opened avenues for introducing our equipment into their chain of dialysis centers. The collaboration aims to enhance patient care and reduce the operation costs of the hemodialysis center.
An engineer from our distributor in the Democratic Republic of the Congo participated in our comprehensive training during this period. With prior experience in maintaining Fresenius machines, he was focused on the installation and maintenance of our hemodialysis machines and RO water machines this time. The training is crucial for ensuring that our equipment operates at peak performance, ultimately benefiting patients in their treatment.
Distributors from the Philippines and The Burkina Faso visited us in September. Both are neophytes in the field of hemodialysis but have extensive experience in medical devices. We welcome new blood in this field and are willing to help them grow from small to strong.
Last week, we warmly received a powerhouse customer from Indonesia, who came to learn about our products and seek OEM cooperation. With hundreds of teams for market exploration and more than forty hospital groups in their network, they can cover the whole Indonesian market and are poised to enter the hemodialysis market in Indonesia. Our team provided an in-depth overview of our hemodialysis machine and RO water machine, showcasing devices’ features and benefits. They are willing to build relationships after they order our sample machine and learn the machine closely.
